I really enjoy what you are doing and am excited to see what hidden gems you’ll unearth in the coming weeks. I would suggest that you consider Sally Loo’s Wholesome Cafe as your next stop on your tour de sipologique. It is located just off of Osos as you turn toward the train station. In my opinion, it is the exact antithesis of Kreuzber CA. Where Kreuzberg is dark-er, reverent, and scene-esque, invoking that sought after artistic, yet sullen German feel, Sally Loo’s radiates vivacity. The wholesome cafe breathes life, color, community, and coffee into the small space that it has. Splashes of vivid local color dot the walls; the hum of good music and the chatter of friends can always be heard reverberating against their wide open light-bringing windows. Basically, both cafes have harnessed the feeling of home and brought it to the public but in their very own way… I absolutely love how we have this in slo. If you liked Kreuzberg, you’re sure to love Sally Loo’s too.

Check it out if you like. The owner’s are Brandon and Jen Manuelle
    (pronounced: man-you-elle-ee)

I think they have a blog too if you want to check it out. http://www.sallyloos.com/

    Enjoy the coffee,
